- Balance payment – 70% due at least 45 days before arrival date
- Refundable security deposit equal to 20% of the total booking cost is due on arrival in cash only in any currency and returned on departure date less any in villa expenses; grocery shopping, laundry, tour bookings… and any villa damage or loss, normal wear and tear is acceptable.
