Probably the only villa built directly on the beach of Patong, a beautiful 3 bedroom villa with the sand at your door. Imagine having a breakfast or a late dinner on the sand or around the pool. If you like that this villa is for you.

The villa is only 2 km from the middle of town, including internationally renowned Jungceylon shopping centre and the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road. The living, lounge room opens onto the pool and the beach.

Our 2 live-in staff will be on hand all day, indiscreetly washing, ironing, cleaning, gardening, to make you want to come back to Thailand over and over again.

The Villa offers airport transportation and easy access to day trips or bookings for any occasion. Our staff are only too happy to provide the holiday-maker with any extra comfort, making your time in Thailand the most relaxing and pleasurable holiday ever!

• Booking deposit – 30% deposit payment due upon booking
• Balance payment – 70% due at least 45 days before arrival date
• Refundable security deposit equal to 20% of the total booking cost is due on arrival in cash only in any currency and returned on departure date less any in villa expenses; grocery shopping, laundry, tour bookings… and any villa damage or loss, normal wear and tear is acceptable. The refundable security deposit is returned on departure date.
